Prepare the Glass
Begin by placing a large ice cube or several smaller ice cubes in an Old Fashioned glass.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, add the Demerara sugar and Angostura bitters. Muddle them together until the sugar is dissolved.

Add Bourbon
Pour the bourbon over the muddled mixture, and stir gently to combine.

Strain the Mixture
Strain the mixture into the prepared Old Fashioned glass over the ice.

Garnish
Express the oils from the orange and lemon twists over the drink and drop them in as garnish.
