Cocktail Preparation
Mixing the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Pisco, Laphroig Quarter Cask, Licor 43, and Apple Cordial with ice. Shake well until chilled.
Straining the Cocktail
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
Making the Port Foam
Foam Preparation
In a separate shaker, add the Port wine, egg white, and simple syrup. Dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to create foam.
Foam Application
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds. Strain the foam over the cocktail in the glass.
