Prepare the Glass

Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine mezcal, gin, roasted sweet potato puree, spiced pear syrup, fresh lime juice, and ginger bitters.

Shake it Up

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the Drink

Empty the ice water from the chilled glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.

Garnish

Garnish with fresh mint leaves by gently slapping them to release their aroma before placing them on top of the drink.
