Ingredients for Lobster Mac and Cheese

Method

Preparation Instructions

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Make the Cheese Sauce

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute, whisking constantly until smooth. Gradually add the milk while whisking, and cook until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

3

Add the Cheeses

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cheddar, gruyère, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika, and mix well.

4

Combine Pasta and Lobster

Fold the cooked macaroni and lobster meat into the cheese sauce until evenly coated.

5

Prepare for Baking

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the lobster mac and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly on top.

6

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

7

Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
