BBQ Chicken Wings

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.

Prepare the Potatoes

In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Season the Potatoes

Spread the seasoned potato wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the strawberries, peaches, and cucumber. Chop the walnuts and set aside.

Prepare the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, pickled red onion, feta cheese, sliced strawberries, sliced peaches, diced cucumber, and chopped walnuts.

Mix the Salad

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Make the Dressing

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all the ingredients. Serve immediately.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Prepare the Chicken

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them until they are well coated with the seasoning.

Season the Wings

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

Bake the Wings

Remove the wings from the oven and brush them generously with BBQ sauce. Return the wings to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow the sauce to caramelize.

Add BBQ Sauce

Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
