Named for the capital city of Anatolia, this blend of Kalecik Karasi and Syrah is light pink with intense flavours of strawberry, cherry and nectarine. The palate is well balanced and rounded with ripe flavours and a hint of citrus freshness.

Place the bottle of Ancyra Series Blush Rosé in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to serving so it reaches 8–12°C (46–54°F). If short on time, submerge bottle in an ice-water bath for 20–30 minutes.

Chill Bottle

When ready to serve, remove the bottle from the fridge and wipe dry. If presenting, open the bottle at the table and pour slowly into glasses to show the light pink colour and clarity.

Wash and hull the strawberries, pit and halve the cherries, and slice the nectarine or peach into thin wedges. Cut 2 thin lemon or lime wheels for a subtle citrus accent. Set aside a few small fruit pieces per glass for garnish and tasting notes.

Prepare Fruit Garnish

Place 1–2 fresh fruit pieces (strawberry half and a cherry half) and a mint sprig into each chilled glass if desired. Pour 150 ml of chilled rosé into each glass (approx. 5 oz). Do not overfill — leave room to inhale aromas. Serve immediately.

Serve Neat (Recommended for tasting)

If you prefer a lighter, spritz-style drink, in a pitcher combine the remaining rosé (about 450 ml) with 120 ml chilled sparkling water. Add remaining fruit pieces and lemon wheels to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine. Fill each glass with 4–5 ice cubes (optional), pour 150 ml of spritz mixture into each glass, and garnish with mint sprigs.

Rosé Spritz (Optional, lighter style)

Encourage guests to take a moment to observe the pale blush colour, then inhale to detect strawberry, cherry and nectarine aromas with a hint of citrus. Take small sips to appreciate the balanced, rounded palate and the citrus freshness on the finish.

Presentation & Tasting Notes

Keep the bottle chilled between pours in an ice bucket or refrigerator. After serving, rinse glasses promptly to remove fruit residues and prevent staining. Store any leftover opened rosé in the fridge with a stopper and consume within 3–5 days for best quality.
