Method
Preparation
Chill the Champagne
Place the bottle of champagne in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it's well chilled.
Prepare Juices and Purees
In separate containers, prepare the fresh orange juice, peach puree, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice. Make sure each juice is fresh and well mixed.
Prepare Fresh Fruits
Wash and slice the fresh strawberries and peaches. Keep the raspberries whole. Rinse the mint leaves and set them aside.
Serving
Create Your Cocktail
In a champagne flute, pour 2-3 ounces of your chosen juice or puree. Top with champagne, filling the glass to about ¾ full. Adjust the amount of juice to suit your taste.
Garnish
Add fresh fruits and mint leaves to the glass for garnish. You can add a slice of strawberry or peach on the rim of the glass for an elegant touch.
Serve Immediately
Serve the champagne cocktails immediately while the champagne is still bubbly. Encourage guests to mix and match juices and fruits for their custom creations.
