Remove the glass from the freezer and pour the Guinness stout into the glass at a 45-degree angle until it is about three-quarters full.

Pour the Guinness

Allow the stout to settle for about 2 minutes. You should see a beautiful creamy head forming on top.

Let it Settle

After it has settled, top off the pint by pouring straight into the middle of the glass, allowing the creamy head to rise above the rim.

Top Off
