If the Zolo Rosé is not already chilled, place the bottle in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or in an ice bucket filled with ice and water for 20–30 minutes until it reaches about 8–10°C (46–50°F).

Chill the bottle (if needed)

Select a clean wine glass. If you prefer the wine very cold, chill the glass in the freezer for 10–15 minutes or place it briefly in the ice bucket. Remove any residue or water droplets before pouring.

Prepare the glass

Using a waiter’s corkscrew or wine opener, remove the foil and extract the cork cleanly. Wipe the bottle lip with a clean cloth or napkin to remove any cork bits or dust.

Open the bottle

Hold the bottle at the base, tilt the glass slightly and pour approximately 150 ml (about 1 standard glass) of Zolo Rosé. Pour gently to avoid splashing and to preserve the wine’s aromas.

Pour

If desired, float a thin strawberry slice on the rim or add a small lemon twist on the glass edge for visual appeal. Do not add ice directly to the wine, as it will dilute the flavor.

Garnish (optional)

Place the glass on a coaster or napkin and serve immediately. Encourage tasting by holding the glass by the stem and swirling gently to release aromas. Recommended drinking temperature: 8–10°C (46–50°F).

Serve

If not finished, re-cork the bottle (use original cork or a wine stopper) and store upright in the refrigerator. Consume within 3–5 days for best quality.
