Cocktail
Prepare glass
Chill a large wine glass or highball by filling with ice and setting aside while you build the cocktail.
Mix base
Discard the chilling ice from the glass. In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz Tito's vodka, 0.75 oz Aperol, 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice, 1 oz passion fruit purée, and 0.25 oz simple syrup (use the syrup only if you prefer a sweeter drink). Add a handful of ice to the shaker.
Shake
Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for about 10–12 seconds until the shaker feels cold to the touch and the mixture is well combined.
Add Moscato
Slowly pour 3 oz chilled Moscato into the glass. Pouring gently preserves carbonation and creates a layered, sparkling effect.
Top & finish
If desired, add about 1 oz club soda to top and lengthen the drink. Give the glass a gentle stir (1–2 turns) to integrate without flattening the bubbles. Taste and adjust: if the cocktail is too tart, stir in an additional 0.25 oz simple syrup.
Garnish & serve
Garnish with a half passion fruit floated on top or a lemon wheel on the rim and an optional mint sprig. Serve immediately with a straw or stirring spoon.
