Ground meat and chickpeas cooked and served with batura bread.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies to the onions, and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Add the ground meat to the pan and cook until it is browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Stir in the chopped tomatoes, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
Add the canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed) to the mixture. Mix well and let it cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Adjust seasoning as needed and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
