Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass or coupe in the freezer for about 10 minutes to ensure your drink stays cool.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour in 2 oz of vodka, 1 oz of lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.

Add Pomegranate Purée
Add 1 oz of pomegranate purée to the shaker with the other ingredients.

Shake Well
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to ensure all ingredients are well combined and chilled.

Strain the Mixture
Remove the cocktail glass from the freezer. Using a cocktail strainer, pour the shaken mixture into the chilled glass.

Garnish the drink with 5 fresh mint leaves and a sprinkle of 1 tsp of pomegranate seeds on top for added color and flavor.
