Prepare Dry Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
Combine Ingredients
Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
Cook Crepes
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
Cook Each Crepe
Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift.
Finish Cooking
Flip the crepe and cook for another minute. Repeat with remaining batter.
Sauce
Brown the Butter
Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to brown.
Add Sugar
Add the granulated sugar and stir until dissolved.
Mix in Juices
Pour in the orange juice, orange zest, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
Finish Sauce
Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened, then stir in the Grand Marnier.

In a mixing bowl, combine the plum puree, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
Churn Ice Cream
Mix until well combined and pour into an ice cream maker.
Churn
Churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches soft-serve consistency.
Freeze Ice Cream
Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
