Method

Dip Preparation

1

Prepare the cheese dip

In a mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, mango chutney, honey, chives, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

2

Heat the dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes or until the dip is warm and slightly bubbly on the edges.

Sweet Rolls Preparation

3

Make the dough

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Warm the milk and butter until the butter is melted, then let it cool slightly. Add the milk mixture and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

4

Knead and rise

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

5

Shape the rolls

Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a rectangle. Cut into squares or circles, place them in a greased baking dish, and let rise again for 30 minutes.

6

Bake the rolls

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
