In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute. Gradually add the milk, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens. Stir in the truffle oil, Gruyère, and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.

Combine Pasta and Sauce

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheese sauce, and lobster meat. Mix until everything is evenly coated.

Preparing Panko Topping

Prepare the Panko Topping

In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with uni butter, lemon zest, and chopped parsley until the breadcrumbs are well coated.

Baking

Bake the Dish

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the macaroni and cheese mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the panko mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and crispy.
