Prepare the Espresso
Brew a shot of espresso and let it cool slightly.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Absolut Vanilla Vodka, Galliano Espresso Liqueur, freshly brewed espresso, and simple syrup.
Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish
Garnish with three coffee beans on top.
