Bee Sting Cocktail Directions
Prepare Honey Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine equal parts honey and water. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved. Allow to cool before using.
Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine Ilegal Mezcal, Falernum, and honey simple syrup. Add ice and shake well until chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
Top with Ginger Beer
Pour ginger beer over the cocktail mixture and stir gently to combine.
Garnish
Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
