Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce Ingredients
Method
Preparation Directions
Prepare the Cucumber
Grate the cucumber using a box grater or food processor. If the cucumber is very watery, squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh dill. Stir until well mixed.
Season the Sauce
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well to combine all flavors.
Chill and Serve
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled as a condiment for Greek Gyros or other dishes.
