Prepare Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients including Tito's Handmade Vodka, strawberry rhubarb jam, fresh lemon, soda water, and the garnishes (fresh strawberries and lemon wedge).
Mixing the Drink

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Tito's Handmade Vodka, 1 tbsp of strawberry rhubarb jam, and 0.5 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to thoroughly mix and chill the ingredients.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.

Add Soda
Top the glass with 4 oz of soda water and gently stir to combine.
Garnishing

Garnish the Drink
Slice the fresh strawberries and place them on the rim of the glass. Add a lemon wedge for additional garnish.
