Method

Pancakes

  1. 1

    Prepare the Batter

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  2. 2

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter until well combined.

  3. 3

    Mix Batter

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix; some lumps are okay.

  4. 4

    Cook Pancakes

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.

Bacon

  1. 5

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towels.

Cinnamon Honey Butter

  1. 6

    Make the Butter

In a small mixing bowl, combine softened butter, honey, and cinnamon. Mix until well blended and creamy.

Assembly and Serving

  1. 7

    Prepare the Board

On a large serving board or platter, arrange the pancakes, crispy bacon, and bowls of cinnamon honey butter, maple syrup, fresh strawberries, blueberries, sliced bananas, candied pecans, and Nutella.

  2. 8
