Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients: Big Heart Gin, Johnny Walker Black, lemon juice, fig syrup, and fresh figs.
Mixing
Combine the Liquors
In a shaker filled with ice, pour 2 oz of Big Heart Gin and 1 oz of Johnny Walker Black.
Add Juices and Syrup
Add 1 oz of lemon juice and 0.5 oz of fig syrup to the shaker.
Shake Well
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serving
Strain and Serve
Using a strainer, pour the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish
Slice the fresh figs in half and place them on the rim of the glass or float them on top of the drink as garnish.
