Prepare the Dough
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Add Fruity Pebbles
Gently fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal into the batter until evenly distributed.

Heat Oil
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Donut Holes
Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, carefully drop the batter into the hot oil, frying a few at a time to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.

Remove the donut holes with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
