Method
Marinating the Steak
Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, and salt. Mix well.
Marinate the Skirt Steak
Place the skirt steak in the marinade, ensuring it’s well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for more flavor.
Making Pico de Gallo
Chop Ingredients
Finely dice the tomatoes, red onion, and jalapeño pepper. Combine in a medium bowl.
Season the Pico
Add lime juice and salt to the diced mixture. Toss gently and let it sit for 15 minutes to meld the flavors.

Slice the Steak
Slice the skirt steak against the grain into thin strips.
Warm the Tortillas
Heat the white corn tortillas on a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until warm.
Build the Tacos
Place a few slices of grilled skirt steak on each tortilla. Top with pico de gallo, guacamole, fresh cilantro, and a sprinkle of Tajin. Serve with grilled lime wedges.
