Cake Preparation

Combine Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Combine Mixtures

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.

Bake the Cake

Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Prepare Gelatin

In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.

Heat Cream

In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just starts to simmer.

Melt Chocolate

Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth. Stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.

Let the mixture cool slightly before refrigerating until set.

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the sliced bananas and brown sugar, cooking until the bananas are caramelized, about 3-4 minutes.

Layer the Cake

Once the cake is cooled, layer it with the chocolate namelaka and top with caramelized bananas.
