Preparation

1

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged outer leaves. Cut each sprout in half lengthwise.

2

Prepare the Garlic

Peel the garlic cloves and mince them finely.

Cooking

3

Toss and Season

In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.

4

Roast the Brussels Sprouts

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the Brussels sprouts mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are golden and tender.

5

Add Balsamic and Cheese

Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

6

Serve

Take the Brussels sprouts out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
