Tea Preparation

Boil Water

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Brew Tea

Once the water is boiling, remove from heat and add the Raja Oolong Tea, turmeric powder, chopped lemongrass, and grated ginger. Cover and let steep for 5 minutes.

Strain Tea

After steeping, strain the tea into a large bowl or pitcher, discarding the solids.

Sweetening

Mix Sweeteners

Add the honey and condensed coconut milk to the brewed tea. Stir well until fully combined and the honey is dissolved.

Foam Preparation

Whip Cream

In a mixing bowl, add the heavy cream, cardamom powder, and lime zest. Using a hand mixer or whisk, whip until soft peaks form.

Assembly

Serve Chai

Pour the chai mixture into serving cups. Top each cup with a generous dollop of cardamom-lime foam.

Garnish (Optional)

Garnish with a sprinkle of additional cardamom powder or lime zest if desired.
