Add yeast to the grape juice and allow fermentation to occur in a temperature-controlled environment for about 14-21 days.

Add sulfur dioxide to stabilize the wine and prevent oxidation.

Allow the wine to clarify by letting any sediment settle at the bottom.

Once clarified, transfer the wine into clean bottles, seal them, and store in a cool, dark place.
