Method
Prepare Fruit
Wash and prep
Thoroughly wash all fruit under cold running water. Peel the oranges, separating segments and removing seeds where possible. Core the apples and cut into quarters (peel optional). Peel, core, and cube the mango. Trim the pineapple if whole and cut into chunks (you can use canned pineapple drained if preferred).
Chop for blending
Cut larger pieces (apple quarters, orange segments, mango cubes, pineapple chunks) into roughly 1-inch pieces so they blend evenly. Reserve thin citrus slices for garnish and set aside a few mint leaves if using.
Juicing / Blending
Citrus first (if using a juicer)
If you have a citrus juicer and prefer a clearer juice, juice the peeled orange segments separately and set the orange juice aside. If not using a juicer, proceed to the blender step.
Blend fruits
In a high-speed blender, add the prepared apple pieces, mango cubes, pineapple chunks, and (if not juiced separately) the orange segments. Add 1 cup cold water, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, and 2 teaspoons honey or simple syrup. Blend on high until smooth, about 45–60 seconds, scraping down sides as needed.
Adjust sweetness & texture
Taste the blended juice. If it needs more sweetness, add up to 1 more teaspoon honey or syrup and blend briefly. If the mixture is too thick, add up to 1/2 cup more cold water and blend to reach desired consistency.
Strain & Chill (optional)
For a smoother, pulp-free juice, place a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth over a large bowl or pitcher and strain the blended mixture, using a spatula to press through as much liquid as possible. If you prefer pulpy juice, skip this step and transfer directly to a pitcher.
If you used a citrus juicer earlier, stir the reserved orange juice into the strained or unstrained blended mixture now to combine flavors evenly.
Serve
Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the fruit juice over the ice. Garnish each glass with a thin citrus slice and a couple of mint leaves. Serve immediately for best flavor and freshness.
Leftovers: Store any unused juice in an airtight container or pitcher in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. Stir before serving; flavors are best within 24 hours.
