Classic Dips - Quantity per batch (yields ~8 portions total, each dip served in small ramekins)

Spicy Chipotle Dip

Tangy Ranch-Style Dip

Creamy Blue Cheese Dip

Method

Base Mix (make once and divide)

1

Combine base ingredients

In a medium mixing bowl, add 2 cups sour cream, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup Greek yogurt and 8 oz softened cream cheese. Use a whisk or electric hand mixer on low to beat until smooth and homogenous, about 1–2 minutes. Scrape sides as needed.

2

Stir in 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon buttermilk, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper and 1 teaspoon olive oil until incorporated. Taste for seasoning — this is the neutral base you will split for the individual dips.

3

Divide the base into four equal portions (about 2 cups base per portion) into separate small bowls or ramekins for individual flavoring.

Herb & Garlic Dip - yields ~8 small servings

4

To one portion of base, fold in 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon sliced chives. Add 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Mix gently until herbs are evenly distributed.

5

Chill for at least 30 minutes to allow garlic and herbs to infuse. Before serving, taste and adjust salt. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of chopped scallions.

Spicy Chipotle Dip - yields ~8 small servings

6

To the second portion of base, stir in 1 teaspoon minced chipotle in adobo, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon lime zest and 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. Mix until evenly combined.

7

Taste and add more chipotle for heat if desired. Chill 15–30 minutes so flavors meld. Garnish with a light dusting of smoked paprika.

Tangy Ranch-Style Dip - yields ~8 small servings

8

To the third portion of base, add 1/2 teaspoon dried dill, 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Stir until smooth.

9

Adjust seasoning with salt or pepper to taste. Chill for 15 minutes. Garnish with chopped scallions and cracked pepper before serving.

Creamy Blue Cheese Dip - yields ~8 small servings

10

Fold 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese and 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar into the remaining portion of base. For a chunkier dip, fold gently and leave some larger crumbles; for smoother, pulse briefly in a food processor.

11

Taste and add additional blue cheese if a stronger flavor is desired. Chill 30 minutes. Garnish with extra crumbled blue cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.

Serve & Storage

12

Arrange the dips in small ramekins on a platter with fresh vegetables, chips or crackers. Keep chilled until serving.

13

Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Stir before serving; add a splash of buttermilk or lemon juice if the texture has thickened.
