1 piece Lemon wheel or wedge1 sprig Fresh mint sprig

Method

Cocktail

Prepare glass

Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice until about 3/4 full.

Measure and pour spirits

Add 1.5 oz Tito's vodka and 1.5 oz peach schnapps directly into the glass over the ice.

Add sour mix

Pour 1.5 oz of sour mix into the glass. If you prefer a fresher taste, substitute with 1 oz fresh lemon juice + 0.5 oz simple syrup.

Top with soda

Top the mixture with about 2 oz (roughly 1/4 to 1/3 of the glass) of Sprite. Gently stir once or twice with a bar spoon to combine without flattening the soda.

Adjust sweetness/acidity

Taste and adjust balance: add 0.5 oz more sour mix (or 0.25 oz simple syrup) if too strong or 0.5–1 oz more Sprite if too tart or strong.

Garnish (optional)

Garnish the drink with a lemon wheel or wedge on the rim and/or a mint sprig for aroma. Serve with a straw if desired.
