If the bottle is at room temperature and you prefer it slightly cool, place the bottle in the refrigerator for 30–45 minutes or in an ice bucket with equal parts ice and water for 10–15 minutes. Evolution Pinot Noir is best served slightly below room temperature (13–16°C / 55–60°F).

If desired for presentation, float a single fresh raspberry or thin strawberry slice on the rim of the glass (do not drop fruit into the wine as it will alter the flavor).

Recork the bottle (or use a vacuum wine stopper) and refrigerate. Consume within 2–4 days for best expression; allow to warm slightly to serving temperature before re-serving.

Storage of leftover wine
