Cocktail

2 oz Vodka (preferably whipped/vanilla-flavored)1 oz Watermelon pucker (or watermelon liqueur)1 oz Sour Mix2 oz Sprite (or other lemon-lime soda)1 cup Ice1 piece Lime wedge (garnish)1 piece Maraschino cherry (optional garnish)

Method

Cocktail

Prepare glass

Fill a highball glass (or similar 10–12 oz glass) halfway with ice. If you prefer a chilled glass, place the glass in the freezer for 10 minutes before assembling.

Build the drink

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz whipped (vanilla) vodka, 1 oz watermelon pucker, and 1 oz sour mix. Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for about 8–10 seconds until well chilled and slightly frothy.

Strain and top

Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Top with 2 oz (about 1/4 cup) Sprite, pouring gently to retain some effervescence. Stir once gently with a bar spoon to combine.

Garnish and serve

Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim and a maraschino cherry dropped into the drink (optional). Serve immediately with a straw.
