Build and shake
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice (about 1 cup). Pour in Blue Curaçao, Captain Morgan spiced rum, Midori, Malibu, and fresh lime juice. Add the pineapple juice last in the shaker so it chills evenly.
Shake
Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is cold and slightly frosty. This chills and slightly dilutes the drink for balance.
Prepare glass
Fill a highball or Collins glass with fresh ice (cubes or crushed, as preferred).
Strain and top
Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared glass over the fresh ice. If you prefer a more layered look, pour gently so colors remain vibrant. Top with an additional 0.5–1 oz pineapple juice if you want a lighter, juicier finish.
Garnish and serve
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and an optional maraschino cherry on a cocktail pick. Serve immediately with a straw.
