Prepare glass

Fill a highball glass or Collins glass about three-quarters full with cubed ice (approximately 1 cup).

Build the drink

Pour 1.5 oz Tullamore D.E.W. Irish whiskey over the ice, followed by 0.5 oz peach schnapps, and then 1.5 oz sweet & sour mix.

Top with soda

Gently top the mixture with 2 oz Sprite (lemon-lime soda). Leave a small space at the top to stir.

Use a bar spoon to stir the drink gently for about 10–15 seconds to combine the whiskey, schnapps, sour mix, and soda without over‑diluting.

Garnish and serve

Garnish with a lemon wedge or wheel on the rim and optionally a mint sprig. Serve immediately with a straw or stir stick.
