Brewing Instructions
1. Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients and ensure your brewing equipment is sanitized.
2. Boil the Water
In a large pot, bring 500 ml of water to a boil.
3. Add Barley Malt and Roasted Barley
Once the water is boiling, add 100 g of barley malt and 20 g of roasted barley. Stir and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
4. Add Hops
After 30 minutes, add 15 g of hops and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes.
5. Cool the Mixture
Remove the pot from heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
6. Add Yeast and Sugar
Once cooled, add 5 g of yeast and 20 g of sugar. Stir gently to combine.
7. Fermentation
Transfer the mixture to a fermentation vessel and seal it. Allow it to ferment for about 1-2 weeks at room temperature.
8. Bottle the Brew
After fermentation, bottle the brew and add carbonation drops to each bottle as per your taste.
9. Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the bottles for a few days before serving. Enjoy your homemade Guinness 0!
