Preparation Steps

1

Prepare the Broth

In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.

2

Add Seasonings

Stir in the soy sauce and miso paste until fully dissolved. Reduce the heat to low and let the broth simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

3

Cook the Noodles

Meanwhile, bring a separate pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

4

Assemble the Ramen

In serving bowls, place a portion of noodles. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles. Top with soft-boiled eggs, sliced green onions, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, and nori sheets.

5

Garnish

Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the top and serve immediately. Enjoy your authentic Enko Ramen!
