Three cold water oysters with vodka, crème fraiche, caviar and smoked sea salt
Carefully shuck the cold water oysters, keeping the oysters in their shells. Place them on a plate with crushed ice to keep them chilled.
In each oyster shell, add a splash of vodka, followed by a dollop of crème fraîche. Top each oyster with a teaspoon of caviar and a sprinkle of smoked sea salt.
