Preparation

1

Prepare the Fruit

Wash the fresh strawberries thoroughly, remove the stems, and cut them into halves. Peel and cube the fresh mango.

2

Make the Simple Syrup

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Blending

3

Blend the Ingredients

In a blender, combine the prepared strawberries, mango, lemon juice, mint leaves, and the cooled simple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Freezing

4

Freeze the Sorbet Mixture

Pour the blended fruit mixture into a shallow dish or an ice cream maker. If using a dish, place it in the freezer and stir every 30 minutes for about 2-3 hours until it reaches a fluffy, sorbet-like texture.

Serving

5

Serve the Sorbet

Once the sorbet has reached your desired consistency, scoop it into serving bowls and enjoy immediately. Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
