Preparation

Chill the Glass

Place a martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while you prepare the cocktail.

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Chopin vodka, 1 oz of Bottega pistachio liqueur, and 1 oz of half & half.

Add Bitters

Add 2 dashes of walnut bitters to the shaker.

Shake

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain

Remove the ice from the chilled martini glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.

Garnish

Garnish with 5 pieces of pistachios on the rim or float them in the drink for decoration.
