Preparation

1

Infuse the Vermouth

To create the salami and blue cheese infused vermouth, combine 1 cup of dry vermouth with 1 oz of sliced salami and 1 oz of crumbled blue cheese in a jar. Seal and let it sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Strain through a fine mesh sieve before using.

2

Chill the Glass

Place a martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while you prepare the cocktail.

Mixing the Cocktail

3

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add the organic vodka, 1 oz of the salami and blue cheese infused vermouth, olive juice, and basil oil.

4

Shake

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients thoroughly.

5

Strain

Remove the ice from the chilled martini glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.

Garnishing

6

Add Garnishes

Garnish the cocktail with 2 slices of salami, a teaspoon of blue cheese crumbles, and 2 olives. Add a fresh basil leaf on top for aroma and presentation.
