Select Your Wines

Chill the Fiano di Avellino, Tibouren, and Chardonnay in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to ensure they are at optimal temperature.

Chill White Wines

Select appropriate wine glasses for each type of wine. Use white wine glasses for the Fiano di Avellino, Tibouren, and Chardonnay. Use red wine glasses for the Marsanne Blend, Givry, and Syrah. For the Tawny, you may use a dessert wine glass.

Prepare Glassware

Arrange the wine glasses on a table in the order of tasting. Start with the white wines, then proceed to the reds, and finish with the Tawny.

Set Up Tasting Area

Pour a small amount (about 2 ounces) of each wine into its designated glass. Ensure the wines are served in the order of tasting: Fiano di Avellino, Tibouren, Chardonnay, Marsanne Blend, Givry, Syrah, and finish with the Tawny.
