Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Carefully handpick the Gelber Muskateller grapes, ensuring they are ripe and free from rot or blemishes.

Harvesting the Grapes

Gently crush the grapes in a clean fermentation vessel to release the juice. Avoid excessive crushing to prevent bitterness from the seeds.

Sprinkle the wine yeast evenly over the crushed grapes and mix gently to incorporate. This will start the fermentation process.

Adding Yeast

Cover the fermentation vessel with a clean cloth and let it sit at room temperature for about 7-10 days. Stir the mixture daily to ensure even fermentation.

After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the juice from the solids. Use a wine press or a fine mesh strainer.

In a separate container, dissolve the sugar in the water and add this mixture to the pressed juice. Stir well to combine.

Add the sulfites to the wine to stabilize it and prevent spoilage. Stir gently to ensure even distribution.

Sulfite Addition

Transfer the wine into sanitized bottles, leaving some space at the top, and seal them with corks.

Bottling

Store the bottles in a cool, dark place for at least 6 months to allow the flavors to mature before tasting.
