Method

Creating the Vase Base

1

Prepare the Paper

Take 5 sheets of recycled paper and cut them into strips, about 2 inches wide.

2

Form the Base

Roll the strips into a cylindrical shape to form the base of the vase. Use waterproof glue to secure the edges together.

3

Add Stability

Cut a circular piece from the leftover paper and glue it to the bottom of the cylinder for stability.

4

Seal the Interior

Line the inside of the vase with plastic wrap to make it waterproof. Ensure the wrap is secure and covers the entire interior.

Decorating the Vase

5

Paint the Exterior

Use acrylic paint and a paintbrush to decorate the outside of the vase. You can choose any color or design you like.

6

Add Embellishments

Once the paint is dry, stick on stickers or embellishments to personalize your vase.

7

Fill with Flowers

Arrange the dried flowers inside the vase. Make sure they’re evenly distributed for a balanced look.
