Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

an organic & light bodied expression of sangiovese that is fresh, bright, and lifted with notes of deep red cherry, soft sage, & lingering dried floral notes.

Select ripe Sangiovese grapes in late summer, ensuring they are organic and fresh.

Harvesting Grapes

Crush the harvested grapes to release the juice. This can be done by hand or using a wine press.

Crushing Grapes

Transfer the juice to a fermentation vessel. Add the yeast and let it ferment at a controlled temperature for about 2 weeks.

Fermentation

During fermentation, add organic sage and deep red cherry extract to enhance flavor. Stir occasionally.

Adding Ingredients

After fermentation, strain the wine and transfer it to barrels or bottles for maturation. Let it age for at least 3-6 months.

Maturation

Once matured, bottle the wine and seal tightly. Store in a cool, dark place until ready to serve.
