Place the bottle of Pinot Noir in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to ensure it is chilled to the perfect temperature.

Chill the Wine

Rinse the strawberries, cherries, and raspberries under cold water. Remove the stems from the strawberries and cherries, and slice the strawberries into halves.

Prepare the Fruit

If you want to add a hint of oak flavor, soak the oak chips in water for 30 minutes. After soaking, place the oak chips in a wine infuser or directly into the wine glass for a few minutes before serving.

Infuse with Oak

Pour the chilled Pinot Noir into wine glasses. Garnish with a few pieces of fresh fruit for a beautiful presentation. Enjoy the intense flavors of strawberry, cherry, and raspberry with hints of oak.
