Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Strawberry Shake, regular size

a unique cava that is made from a blend of pinot noir & chardonnay which creates a fragrant sparkling wine with fresh red berry and fruit foward notes on the palate.

Crush the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes separately to extract the juice. Use a wine press to ensure maximum extraction.

Crushing the Grapes

Combine the juice from both grape varieties in a fermentation vessel. Add the yeast and sugar, then stir gently. Allow the mixture to ferment for about 3 weeks at a controlled temperature.

Fermentation

After primary fermentation, transfer the wine into bottles, leaving some space at the top. Seal with a crown cap and allow for secondary fermentation to occur for an additional 2-3 months.

Secondary Fermentation

Gradually tilt the bottles to collect sediment in the neck. This process can take a few weeks.

Riddling

Freeze the necks of the bottles to remove the sediment plug. Top off with a mixture of wine and sugar (dosage) to achieve desired sweetness.

Disgorging

Seal the bottles with a cork and wire cage. Allow the wine to age for a few more months before serving.
