Preparation Steps
Prepare the Pork Schnitzel
Begin by flattening the heritage pork filet using a meat mallet until it's about 1/2 inch thick. Season with salt and black pepper.
Cook the Schnitzel
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded pork schnitzel for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let drain on paper towels.
Plate the Dish
On a plate, arrange the schnitzel, braised butter beans, and sautéed radicchio. Drizzle with the dried tomato beurre blanc before serving.
