Drink
1. Chill
Ensure the Miller Lite is well chilled (ideally 38–45°F / 3–7°C). Refrigerate for several hours or keep in an ice bucket until ready to serve.
2. Select serving method
Decide whether to serve directly from the bottle/can or pour into a glass. For a straightforward presentation, serve in the original can or bottle. For a more refined presentation, use a clean pint glass or chilled beer glass.
3. Optional glass preparation
If pouring into a glass, optionally add 3–4 ice cubes for a very cold drink (note: ice will dilute and change the beer's flavor). Optionally rinse the glass with cold water and tilt it at a 45° angle to reduce excessive foaming when pouring.
4. Pour
If using a glass, open the bottle or can and pour slowly down the side of the tilted glass until it is about three-quarters full, then straighten the glass and finish pouring to create a 1/2 to 1-inch head of foam. If serving from the can or bottle, simply open and serve.
5. Garnish (optional)
If desired, run a lemon or lime wedge around the rim of the glass and drop the wedge into the beer or serve it on the side.
6. Serve
Serve immediately while cold. Provide a coaster if serving in a glass and a bottle opener if serving bottled Miller Light that requires one.
