Preparation

Chill & Prepare

1. Chill beer

Ensure the Michelob Ultra is thoroughly chilled — ideally 38–42°F (3–6°C). Place in refrigerator for several hours or in an ice bucket for 20–30 minutes before serving.

2. Chill glass (optional)

If using a glass, place it in the freezer for 10–15 minutes or fill it with ice and cold water for 2–3 minutes then discard. A chilled glass helps maintain carbonation and crisp temperature.

Serve

3. Open bottle or can

Open the bottle or can carefully to preserve carbonation. Hold bottle at a slight angle over the sink or coaster.

4. Pour (optional)

If pouring into a glass, tilt the chilled glass about 45 degrees and pour the Michelob Ultra slowly down the side until the glass is about three-quarters full. Straighten the glass and finish the pour to create a small 1/2–1 inch (1–2 cm) head. Pouring gently minimizes foam and preserves carbonation.

5. Add ice? (optional)

If you prefer your beer very cold and slightly diluted, add 4–6 ice cubes to the glass before pouring. Note: adding ice will reduce flavor intensity and carbonation.

6. Garnish (optional)

Squeeze a lime wedge over the surface and drop it into the glass if you like a citrus accent. Alternatively, rest the lime on the rim or add a small sprig of mint for aroma.

7. Serve immediately

Serve the Michelob Ultra right away while it's cold and bubbly. Enjoy responsibly.
