1. Prepare the chicken
Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips, about 1 inch wide.

In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour in the first bowl, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in the third bowl.
3. Bread the chicken
Dip each chicken strip first into the flour, shaking off the excess, then into the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure each strip is evenly coated.
4. Heat the oil
In a large frying pan, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Carefully add the breaded chicken strips to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
